Most visual builders save your site in a format only they can read. Webyaam takes a different path: every site is a standard Astro and Tailwind npm project.
What that means in practice
- Pages are
.astrofiles insrc/pages. - Shared components live in
src/components, and layouts insrc/layouts. - CMS entries are Astro content collections in
src/content. - Styles are standard CSS, and design variables become CSS custom properties.
Design visually, read the source
The canvas renders your real project, so the block you select is the code that ships. When you want to go deeper, Code view opens the files in Monaco, with a terminal for npm.
Take it anywhere
Download the source or the built static site and run it like any Astro project:
npm install
npm run dev
Exports are included with a paid site plan, a Freelancer or Agency workspace, and during your first-site trial.
Your code is yours. Webyaam is the fastest way to build it, not a place you get locked into.
