Use the service lawfully
Do not use Webyaam to violate applicable laws, facilitate fraud, impersonate people deceptively or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. You must have the rights needed to upload, use and publish content, including code, fonts, images and personal information.
No harmful or exploitative content
Do not create, store or distribute child sexual abuse material, content that exploits or endangers children, credible threats of violence, terrorist recruitment or unlawful harassment. Do not use the service to publish non-consensual intimate imagery or expose private information to facilitate harm.
Protect systems and accounts
Do not host malware or phishing pages, steal credentials, distribute malicious scripts, bypass access controls or probe systems without authorization. Do not misuse MCP tokens or AI integrations to obtain information outside your authorized scope. Report suspected security issues privately to support@webyaam.com.
Respect service limits and other users
Do not send spam, run abusive automation, evade plan limits, overload infrastructure or interfere with other customers' access. Use project runtimes for website development and supported service functions rather than unrelated resource-intensive activities. You are responsible for integrations, collaborators and automated tools acting with your authorization.
Report misuse or infringement
Email support@webyaam.com with the affected URL, a description of the issue, relevant evidence and a way to contact you. For copyright reports, identify the work you own or represent and the material you believe infringes it. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We may request more details to verify and investigate a report.
How we respond
We may investigate reports, request remediation, remove or restrict content, or suspend or terminate access under our Terms of Use. Our response depends on severity, legal obligations and security risks. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Contact support if you believe an action was made in error.
