What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage on webyaam.com and describes account-related storage on app.webyaam.com. A cookie is a small value stored by your browser and sent with matching requests. Local storage stays in your browser and is not automatically sent with every request. Webyaam LLC is responsible for these services; contact support@webyaam.com with questions.

02

Essential storage

The marketing site's blog administration uses the webyaam_admin cookie to maintain an administrator's authenticated session for up to 12 hours. Public visitors do not need this cookie to read the website. The application uses webyaam_astro_session for sign-in, with a lifetime of up to 14 days; the legacy htflow_astro_session name may be recognized during migration. Other security or sign-in flows may use temporary state to complete authentication safely.

The marketing site stores your analytics choice in local storage under webyaam-cookie-consent-v1 for up to six months. This remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. Essential authentication and security storage cannot be disabled through the analytics choice without affecting those functions.

03

Optional Google Analytics

The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. It helps measure page visits, navigation and interactions. Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and maintain session information. These cookies can last up to two years, subject to Google's settings, browser restrictions and your choices. We configure analytics without Google Signals or advertising personalization.

Before you opt in, or after you reject analytics, we do not load the Google Analytics script on the marketing site. The marketing site's analytics preference does not manage independent third-party services or cookies on websites you choose to visit.

04

Change your preferences

Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the cookie banner. You can reopen the controls at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or the button on this page. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing-site analytics loading and removes the Google Analytics cookies that this site can access. It does not undo data already collected.

If you clear browser storage, change browsers or use another device, you may be asked again. If your browser blocks storage, your choice may only apply to the current page session. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

05

Infrastructure and third parties

Hosting, security and payment providers may process technical information when delivering their services, and may use essential cookies when needed for security or a service you request. Google sign-in, Stripe checkout and AI tools operate under their own notices. Cookies on customer-published websites depend on the code and integrations their owners choose and are not controlled by the marketing site's analytics setting.
