Your agreement with Webyaam
These terms apply to webyaam.com and app.webyaam.com. By using Webyaam, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, or use the service with appropriate adult or organizational authorization.
Webyaam LLC's business address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Contact support@webyaam.com with questions about these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and integration tokens. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for ensuring that team members and clients have appropriate access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Workspace owners and administrators can manage access and billing within their permissions.
The service and plan limits
Webyaam provides visual editing, source access where included in your plan, CMS tools, collaboration, integrations and website publishing. Features, usage limits and availability depend on your plan. Site hosting subscriptions and workspace subscriptions are separate; a paid workspace does not by itself include paid hosting for every site.
Free access and trials are subject to the limits shown in the product and pricing pages. The first-site trial lasts seven days and does not require a payment card. We may change features or introduce new options, subject to any commitments made at purchase and applicable law.
Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Paid plans are charged at the price, currency, billing interval and tax treatment disclosed at checkout. Where checkout specifies a recurring subscription, it renews automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges. Any change to renewal pricing will be communicated before it takes effect as required by law.
Use the application's billing controls or contact support@webyaam.com to request cancellation. Site plans and workspace plans must be managed separately. Cancellation stops future renewals when effective; it does not itself create a refund. Access and any plan-limit changes are shown in your billing information. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content and our platform
You retain ownership of content and website code you create or lawfully upload, subject to any third-party licenses. You grant Webyaam the rights needed to host, store, reproduce, process and publish your content as you direct and to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all content you provide.
Webyaam retains rights in its platform, software, branding and service materials. Third-party templates, fonts, packages and assets retain their own licenses. Source and built-site export availability depends on your plan; you are responsible for reviewing dependencies and retaining copies of important project files.
AI and third-party integrations
Connecting an AI provider or MCP client authorizes the access you approve. Third-party services have their own terms, costs and privacy practices. Review AI-generated content and code before use or publication; output may be inaccurate, insecure, non-unique or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You remain responsible for what you publish and for permissions granted to integrations.
Responsible use and customer websites
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use Webyaam for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, infringement or unauthorized access. You are responsible for your websites, visitor-facing policies, customer transactions and any personal information you collect through forms or integrations.
Availability, suspension and termination
We work to operate a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular uptime unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures or misuse may affect availability. We may restrict or suspend access to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity or material breaches. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue.
You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. Cancel paid subscriptions separately and export important content before closing an account. Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred, applicable refund rights or provisions intended to survive termination.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free output. You are responsible for reviewing your websites, keeping appropriate backups and meeting obligations to your visitors and clients.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from these terms. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact support@webyaam.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. They do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and the latest version will show its updated date. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and manage any active subscriptions before the changes apply.
