Information we process

Account and workspace information includes your name, email address, sign-in records, workspace memberships, invitations, support messages and service settings. When you build websites, we process the source files, content, assets, CMS records and published builds you provide.

Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and device details, request logs and security events. If you accept optional analytics on the marketing site, Google Analytics also processes information about page visits, navigation and interactions. Payment providers process payment details; Webyaam receives billing and subscription records rather than storing full card numbers.

Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide editing and publishing, manage collaboration, process subscriptions, deliver service emails, answer requests and investigate misuse. With your consent, we use optional marketing-site analytics to understand and improve the website.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional analytics. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings.

Google sign-in

If you continue with Google, we request openid, email and profile permissions to verify your identity. We store your name, email address and Google's account identifier. This sign-in integration does not request Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar access, and does not retain Google access tokens or refresh tokens as account data.

Google sign-in information is used for authentication, account communication and access to your workspaces. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/connections; revoking access does not automatically delete your Webyaam account or projects.

Service providers and sharing

We use hosting and project runtime services from Vercel, database infrastructure including Neon for the marketing site and PostgreSQL infrastructure for the application, Cloudflare for delivery and storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email and Google for sign-in and optional marketing-site analytics. Each provider processes information needed for its function.

Your chosen AI or MCP client can access workspace information within the permissions you authorize. Its provider's own data practices also apply. Published websites are public, and collaborators can access information according to their workspace or site permissions. We may disclose information where required by law, to address security or fraud, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We retain account and project information while needed to provide the service and handle your requests. Billing, fraud-prevention and security records may remain longer where needed for legal obligations or legitimate operational purposes. Retention depends on the record type, account status and applicable requirements; deletion from backups may follow a separate lifecycle.

We use access controls and other technical measures to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials, integration tokens and account access secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can update account information, manage collaboration access, disconnect integrations and change marketing-site analytics preferences. Email support@webyaam.com to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information. We may verify your identity and authority before acting, particularly for shared workspaces.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, request portability or complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use marketing-site analytics for advertising personalization.

Information on websites you build

If you collect personal information through a website built with Webyaam, you are responsible for your visitors' notices, permissions and lawful use of that information. We process the customer content you submit to provide the service. Contact us before using Webyaam for processing that requires a separate data processing agreement or special safeguards.

International processing and children

Webyaam LLC is a United States company, and our providers may process information in other countries. Applicable safeguards are required where data protection law requires them. Contact us for questions about a specific transfer or processing arrangement.

Webyaam is intended for people able to enter a binding agreement, or people using it with appropriate adult or organizational authorization. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
